The works included removal of all fixtures, cabinets, counters, bench tops, ceiling, Air Conditioning flexi ducts and vents, cool room roofing & walls, store safe, all inner tenancy walls, doors, shopfront, external signage, patch and paint plasterboard walls, waterproof roof penetrations, cap off plumbing and remove floor coverings, grind concrete back to a smooth finish, including the removal of in-store concrete ramp.
