The works included removal and covering Woolworths signage, remove, widen and heighten the doors from shop to stockroom to allow access & egress of forklift to remove 48 refrigeration cases and upright cabinets, dismantle and remove stockroom pallet racking. Upstairs, remove an area of approximately 9 sq. metres of concrete, bricks, timber flooring and shop ceiling  to allow for the removal of the refrigeration plant and generator.
