These prestigious awards recognise the outstanding achievements of IGA retailers who consistently demonstrate excellence in their service to their communities and recognise the dedication, hard work, and innovative spirit of retailers in our community, and we take pride in having played a role in the success of several of these exceptional stores. It’s a privilege to support retailers who continually strive for excellence, and BCG is grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with them.
IGA Bungendore: Large Format Store of the Year
We’re excited to celebrate the success of IGA Bungendore which was named Large Format Store of the Year. Our assistance with the evolution of this store was truly rewarding. Peter Mitchell played a key role in the Project Management, ensuring the store delivery ran smoothly from start to finish. We also had the pleasure of manufacturing and supplying retail equipment for the store, including checkout counters, secure cigarette cabinets, produce bins, and security panels designed for both function and aesthetics. The recognition of IGA Bungendore’s commitment to excellence is a well-deserved achievement, and we’re proud to have been part their success.
IGA Gillieston Heights & IGA Local Grocer Hawks Nest: Outstanding Achievements for Lovey’s Grocers Team
The Lovey’s Grocers team continues to impress with their exceptional achievements across multiple categories, and we are honoured to have supported their journey.
IGA Gillieston Heights earned the prestigious Medium Store of the Year and IGA Community Award. Our role in this project involved a design solution through our Cummins Design and Development Services (C2DS) and a complete fitout. We worked closely with the Lovey’s team to create a customer-friendly layout and supply high-quality retail equipment tailored specifically to the store’s needs. Special thanks to Tek Tile Australia for providing the stunning and durable flooring that helped bring the store’s vision to life.
Equally deserving of recognition is IGA Local Grocer Hawks Nest, which was named Local Grocer Store of the Year. BCG is proud to support the design of this inviting space through C2DS, focusing on both functionality and atmosphere. BCG also manufactured and supplied essential retail equipment to meet the store’s specific needs, further enhancing customer experience.
IGA Lawson: State Transformation Award
A big congratulations to Sam and the team at IGA Lawson for their well-earned State Transformation Award. The transformation of IGA Lawson was a true testament to their vision, and we were privileged to contribute to this remarkable project. Our team provided Project Management services to ensure everything ran seamlessly, Design services to optimise the store layout, and manufacture and supply of custom retail equipment. From custom bakery displays to versatile produce bins and checkout counters, each piece was carefully chosen to enhance the store’s functionality and flow. Tek Tile Australia’s exceptional flooring added the final touch, completing the store’s remarkable transformation.
