Due to our continued growth, we currently have a vacancy for an experienced Maintenance Manager to manage our Building & Facilities Maintenance division throughout Sydney and NSW.
Based at our Sydney office in Kensington.

Reporting to the Group General Manager, the role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
· Managing all BCG site works including installation, store de-fits, product renewal/removal, programmed and responsive building maintenance
· Ensure that all maintenance jobs are completed to a standard that meets or exceeds both BCG and customer expectations
· Ensure that customer service is paramount and that everything you do is to serve the customer
· Day to day management of all maintenance staff including admin and on the road technicians
· Ensure the operation of a safe and well maintained work environment, complying with all WHS standards.
· Completing all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
· Organising regular training of staff and facilitating regular toolbox discussions
· Reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to the Group General Manager
· Reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to key clients
· Liaise with customers to maintain relationships and drive new business
· Management of Maintenance Division to ensure compliance with set KPI's
· Stock management
